Custom Workout Videos for Fitness Website

Custom Follow-Along Workout Videos for Body Is Perfect

I’m seeking a certified fitness instructor and video creator, or a team, to develop and film original exercise routines for my Body Is Perfect website.

You must be able to plan the workouts, provide the on-camera instructor, film, and edit the finished videos.

My goal is an inviting home-workout library for adults, including beginners and adults over 50, with options for different fitness levels. The style should feel encouraging, professional, and enjoyable.

Proposed starter routines:
• 10-minute low-impact walking cardio—no jumping.
• 15-minute beginner mat Pilates.
• 15-minute full-body strength with light dumbbells.
• 10-minute standing core—no floor exercises.
• 10-minute gentle mobility and stretching.
• 15-minute chair-supported strength and balance.

Please recommend which three routines to launch first, based on your experience creating engaging fitness content.

Each video should include:
• A complete follow-along workout with clear spoken English instructions.
• Appropriate warm-up and cooldown within the stated duration.
• Clear technique cues and easier modifications.
• Exercise names, a countdown timer, and equipment information.
• Professional lighting, clear audio, and an uncluttered setting.
• My supplied logo and teal branding (#12AFB4).
• Landscape 16:9 MP4 delivery in at least 1080p, ready for website use.
• Properly licensed music, if used, with the instructor’s voice easy to hear.

Please confirm commercial rights for my branded website, including any paid membership use, instructor/model releases, and music licensing. Disclose whether footage is newly filmed or previously recorded, and whether it is exclusive.

Please send:
• Your fitness qualifications and relevant video samples.
• A quote for one complete pilot video.
• Separate package quotes for three and six videos.
• Delivery timeline and included revision rounds.

I would like to commission one pilot video first, then expand after reviewing the quality. Please quote full workout videos, rather than short demonstration clips.
