Project Overview

I am developing an AI-powered real estate Comparative Market Analysis (CMA) platform that helps real estate professionals evaluate properties, identify comparable sales, and generate data-driven property valuations.

The application is already built and functional. I am looking for a developer who can review the existing codebase, improve the valuation engine, and help me develop the platform further.

I am interested in building a long-term relationship with the right person, starting with a small paid project.

Initial Paid Project

The first assignment is a technical review of the existing application.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Review the existing frontend, backend, database, and application architecture.
- Evaluate property data integrations and comparable-sale selection logic.
- Assess the deterministic valuation engine and identify weaknesses.
- Review the OpenAI integration and ensure AI-generated explanations cannot change the final calculated values or selected comparable sales.
- Identify the three most important technical issues or improvement opportunities.
- Provide a prioritized development plan with estimated hours and costs.

The initial assignment is for assessment and recommendations. Do not modify or deploy changes to the production application without approval.

Required Skills

- Full-stack web application development.
- Python and/or Node.js/TypeScript.
- React or Next.js.
- PostgreSQL or other relational databases.
- REST APIs and third-party data integrations.
- OpenAI API and structured AI outputs.
- Git and GitHub.
- Statistical analysis, regression, or data-driven valuation models.

Experience with real estate technology, property data, comparable-sale analysis, or automated valuation models is a strong advantage.

Experience with Replit-built applications is helpful.

Budget and Long-Term Opportunity

My budget is $10 per hour. I will pay for the initial assignment and subsequent approved work at the agreed hourly rate.

If we work well together, I am interested in continuing with a reliable developer who can help improve and expand the platform over time.

There may be an opportunity to discuss equity in the future under a separate written agreement. Equity is not guaranteed and is not a substitute for the agreed payment for the initial work.
