The Department of Management (http://www.LN.edu.hk/mgt/) is committed to excellence in teaching, impactful research, and student development. It offers undergraduate and postgraduate programmes in management and human resource management, integrating analytics and artificial intelligence into its curriculum to equip students with the knowledge and skills needed to thrive in Hong Kong’s dynamic business environment and beyond. With faculty recognised for their achievements in research, knowledge transfer, and teaching, the Department welcomes talented individuals to contribute to its vibrant academic community.

The appointee is expected to: (a) publish in internationally recognised, high-quality peer-reviewed journals; (b) submit applications for RGC grants and other local or overseas competitive grants and/or fellowship schemes; (c) teach a range of subjects in undergraduate and postgraduate programmes; and (d) undertake administrative duties as assigned by their supervisor(s).

General Requirements
Applicants should hold a PhD degree in Management or a related field obtained no more than three years prior to the commencement of the appointment. Applicants should demonstrate a strong research track record, evidenced by high-quality research outputs that meet international standards and a promising research pipeline, which indicates good potential for publication during the appointment period. Applicants should also possess a high level of proficiency in spoken and written English and demonstrate the ability to deliver effective teaching in English at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels.

Appointment
The conditions of appointment will be competitive. The remuneration will be commensurate with qualification and experience. Fringe benefits include annual leave, medical and dental benefits, mandatory provident fund, gratuity and incoming passage and baggage allowance for the eligible appointee. Appointment will be normally made on an initial contract for one year, with the possibility of renewal subject to performance and the availability of funding.
