Mixed Data Entry & Cleanup

I have a collection of mixed text-and-numeric records that need to be transferred into a single, consistent file and then thoroughly cleaned. Most of the material comes from prior data-analysis exports and working documents, so you’ll be moving data across files, validating every field, removing duplicates, correcting formats, and ensuring nothing is lost in the process.

Once the dataset is spotless, I’d like a short descriptive snapshot—basic counts, key frequencies, anything that confirms integrity—so I can plug the file straight into my own analysis pipeline.

Deliverables:
• Unified, cleaned dataset (CSV or Excel)
• Log of all cleaning and transfer steps, with noted assumptions
• One-page descriptive summary of the final data

Accuracy is critical and I will spot-check. If you prefer tools such as Excel formulas, Power Query, Python/pandas, or similar to automate parts of the job, feel free to use them as long as the end result meets the criteria above.
