Sales & Partnerships Freelancer – Collect LOIs from Student Housing Operators (Potential Full-Time Role in Dubai)

We’re Chrysalis, an early-stage AI startup building a sales CRM for the student housing industry. Our product uses AI and WhatsApp to help student accommodation platforms and PBSA operators convert more leads, faster.

We’re looking for a sharp, self-driven freelancer to help us collect Letters of Intent (LOIs) from potential customers: student accommodation platforms, PBSA operators, and property managers across the UK, Europe, Australia and the UAE.

What you’ll do:

Identify and reach out to decision-makers at student housing companies (LinkedIn, email, calls)
Pitch our product clearly and confidently, explain the tech behind it in simple terms, and show how it fits into their sales process
Handle objections, follow up, and secure signed LOIs
Keep a simple tracker of outreach, conversations and outcomes
Share feedback from prospects so we can sharpen the product and pitch

Who we’re looking for:

Strong tech awareness is a must. You’ll be explaining an AI product to prospects, so you need to understand how AI, CRMs, automation and WhatsApp integrations work, and be able to explain them clearly to non-technical decision-makers
Comfortable answering product questions on the spot: how it works, how it plugs into their existing systems, what data it uses, and why it’s better than what they have now
Strong B2B sales or business development experience. You know how to get a busy person to say yes to a call
Excellent written and spoken English
Bonus: experience in real estate, property management, student accommodation or PBSA

Please note: We’re a lean team and won’t be able to provide much training. We need someone who picks things up quickly, works independently, and figures things out without hand-holding. If you need a detailed playbook to get started, this probably isn’t the right fit.

Growth opportunity:
This starts as a freelance project, but for the right person it can turn into a full-time role based in Dubai as we grow.
