Senior B2B Appointment Setter Needed

We need an experienced, senior-level cold caller who can devote full-time hours to driving new business for my UK company. Your sole focus will be to contact decision-makers inside UK recruitment agencies and turn those conversations into qualified sales meetings for our team.

You will step into a ready-made environment: I supply the cloud dialer, target-market insights and ongoing coaching. What I’m counting on you to bring is flawless communication, a proven track record in B2B outreach and the confidence to own the phone from day one.

Success in this role is simple to measure - if the diary is filling with well-qualified appointments, we’re winning. To keep us aligned, I’ll expect:

• Daily call activity and outcome reports
• Consistently met or exceeded weekly appointment targets
• Honest feedback on script performance so we can refine it together
• Lead generation for the clients you are going to pitch
