PDF Data to Excel

I have a series of PDFs that contain both text and numerical fields. Your task is to move that mixed data into a single Excel workbook, matching the exact order it appears in each source file. Basic formatting is all that’s needed—clean column alignment, consistent number formats, and clear header rows—no advanced formulas or styling.

Accuracy is critical; what is on the PDF must land in the right cell without omissions or transcription errors. When you finish, I expect a .xlsx file that mirrors every page of the PDFs and is ready for immediate internal use.
