You’ll need a recognised MBBS (or higher) and an active medical registration—I will verify this before onboarding. Because you already have some tele-medicine experience, I expect you’re comfortable with the typical video-call workflow: greeting the patient, taking a concise history, offering evidence-based advice or e-prescriptions when appropriate, and recording the encounter in a structured EMR template right after the call.

Shifts are fully flexible. I publish the open slots a week in advance and you claim only the ones that fit your schedule—ideal if you’re balancing hospital duties, postgraduate studies, or family time. Most consultations last 10–15 minutes, and cases are primary-care level: mild infections, chronic-disease follow-ups, medication refills, lifestyle counselling, and triage for in-person referral.

When you submit your proposal, please cover:
• Your current registration details and jurisdiction.
• Brief telemedicine track record—platforms used, average daily consults, notable metrics.
• Preferred weekly hours and time-zones you can reliably cover.
• Your expected per-consultation fee or hourly shift rate.
• A short note on how you maintain thorough yet efficient documentation during online consults (templates, dictation tools, shortcuts, etc.).
