Convert Printed Docs to Word

I have several typed, printed documents that need to be converted into editable Word files. The task is straightforward: capture the text accurately and deliver it in .docx format with no special formatting requirements—plain text is perfectly acceptable. Bold, italics, tables, or images are not needed; I simply want clean, error-free text that I can later format myself if necessary.

You may use high-accuracy OCR or manual typing—whichever gives the best result with minimal errors. Once finished, please send back one Word file per original document, clearly named for easy reference.
