PDF Data to Excel Conversion

I have a set of PDFs that contain pure text and numerical data which I need transferred accurately into an Excel workbook. The layout can stay with standard, default formatting—no custom headers or fancy color-coding—just a clean sheet that mirrors the source values.

Once the data is in place, add simple validation where it makes sense: drop-down lists for any repeated categories or status fields so I can avoid typing errors later on. Apart from that, no extra cross-checks are required.

Final deliverable: the completed Excel file, fully populated and ready for immediate use, with those basic drop-downs active.
