[長期合作] Freelance Multimedia Designer

Position Summary:
We are looking for a highly creative Multimedia Designer who will be the driving force behind our visual content.

This role requires a unique blend of strong foundational design skills and a passion for leveraging technology, including AI-powered tools, to enhance creativity and efficiency.

You will be responsible for the entire lifecycle of projects, from conceptual design to final execution.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and Develop Content - Create visually compelling graphics, animations, and videos for social media, marketing campaigns, and presentations.

UI/UX Design — Design intuitive interfaces for web and mobile — wireframes, user flows, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes — and iterate based on user feedback and usability findings.

AI-Enhanced Creative Process - Leverage generative AI and other tools (e.g., for storyboard generation, style exploration, asset creation, sound design, and video effects) to streamline workflows, and brainstorm ideas.

End-to-End Project Ownership - Lead projects from the initial creative brief and conceptual pitch through pre-production, execution, and final delivery, ensuring the highest standard of design excellence.

Collaboration & Ideation - Work closely with other teams to translate marketing objectives into compelling visual narratives and innovative design solutions.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

Experience - 8+ years of professional experience combining motion graphics and graphic design (Experience in producing high quality social video is advantageous).
