Tutorial Video Editing Overlays

I have raw footage for a how-to clip and need it shaped into a polished tutorial. The core of the job is trimming the material into a clear step-by-step flow, then enhancing it with well-timed text overlays that highlight key actions, tips, or on-screen references.

The exact style of the text can be agreed together—bold, subtle, or animated—so I’m open to your creative direction as long as it stays consistent throughout and remains easy to read on both mobile and desktop.

Please handle colour correction, audio levelling, and pacing so the final piece feels professional and engaging from start to finish. The finished file should be delivered in 1080p (or higher if footage allows) ready for YouTube and Instagram.

Include a short note on your preferred editing software (Premiere Pro, Final Cut, DaVinci Resolve, etc.) and links to two or three tutorial videos you’ve already completed. Once we lock the style, I’ll supply the footage and any branding assets right away so you can get started.
