High Resolution Photo Remastering

I have a single photograph that I want to blow up for large-format print—think large poster—so it must look crisp even at close inspection. To get there, I need three things handled in one seamless pass: precise color correction (removing foggy background to be crisp black color) to give the image a balanced, vibrant look; complete background removal so the main subject stands out cleanly; and careful detail enhancement that adds clarity without introducing an artificial, over-sharpened feel.

The source file will be supplied in JPEG, and the finished piece should come back to me in a print-ready format to print a 30inch x 40inch (approx) size poster. plus a layered PSD or TIFF so future tweaks remain possible.

Acceptance criteria:
• Accurate, natural colors across the full tonal range
• No visible halo or artifacts where the background has been removed
• Fine details remain clear when the image is examined at 100% zoom
• Final file dimensions meet or exceed the size I specify for poster printing
