Modern 3BHK Interior Design

I already have a detailed 2D AutoCAD plan for the entire 3BHK, complete with dimensions and notes that spell out every functional requirement. Your task is to turn those drawings into a cohesive, modern interior that uses a neutral‐tone palette throughout.

The scope covers all rooms—living, dining, bedrooms, kitchen and baths—so space planning, furniture layouts, lighting concepts and material selections should flow consistently from one area to the next. I want to see realistic 3D visuals (renders or walkthrough), the updated furniture-and-finish layout in CAD or Revit, and a concise specification sheet listing key materials, fixtures and paint codes.

Files I will provide on award:
• The original DWG with layers organised
• A requirement markup PDF that highlights storage, electrical points and any fixed furniture

Files I expect back:
• Native model file (SketchUp, 3ds Max, Revit or similar) + exported FBX
• High-resolution rendered images for each principal view
• Final annotated floor plan and reflected ceiling plan in DWG/PDF

Everything should adhere to the modern, understated feel described above; soft woods, light greys, textured whites and accent lighting are all welcome as long as the overall scheme remains calm and uncluttered.
