Pages TOC & Duplex Setup

I have a Pages (Mac) document exported to PDF. What I need from you is a short, clear set of step-by-step instructions that will let me:

• Lay the file out for double-sided printing so every new chapter header lands on a right-hand page, with a deliberately blank page facing it. I’m printing on an HP Envy 6100, so the hardware is already configured; I just need to know the exact layout choices in Pages and what print-dialog options to tick.

• Link the table of contents to its page numbers so it updates automatically whenever content shifts.

I already understand how to insert blank pages—I only want confirmation that I’m placing them in the right spots to achieve the above result.
