Scrape OEM car parts (with model fitment) into Shopify-ready spreadsheet - 5 marques

MARQUES

Bentley, Aston Martin, McLaren, Land Rover, Rolls-Royce (genuine/original parts only).
Supplier websites will be shared with shortlisted freelancers. Some may need a trade login, which we will provide.

DATA REQUIRED PER PART
- Part number/SKU exactly as shown (no Excel formatting errors, leading apostrophes or scientific notation)
- Superseded/replacement part numbers
- Title and full description
- Category/sub-category
- Price in GBP (retail and trade if shown), noting VAT
- Stock status, lead time, obsolete/NLS flags
- Weight and dimensions where available
- All images at the highest resolution available
- Source URL and date scraped

CAR MODEL / FITMENT (ESSENTIAL)
Every part must be linked to the car model(s) it fits. Please capture these as separate columns:
- Marque (e.g. Bentley)
- Model (e.g. Continental GT)
- Model variant/series where shown (e.g. V8, Speed, Series 2)
- Year from / Year to
- Chassis or VIN range, where shown
- Any other fitment notes (e.g. LHD/RHD, engine, body style)

Many parts fit several models. List all of them, either as one row per part-and-model combination in the master sheet or as a clearly separated list (e.g. "Continental GT; Flying Spur; Bentayga"). Please tell us which method you'll use.

Model names must be consistent across the whole file (e.g. always "Range Rover Sport", never "RR Sport" in some rows).

If a part has no model information on the supplier site, flag it in the exceptions report rather than leaving it blank.

PRODUCT IMAGES (WATERMARK-FREE)
- We need clean, watermark-free images of each part, suitable for our Shopify store and Google Shopping
- Capture every image for each part, at the highest resolution available (ideally 800px+ on the shortest side)
- Many supplier sites show watermarked images on the product page but hold clean originals elsewhere (e.g. the full-size image file, the trade portal or the image gallery source). Please locate and capture the clean original wherever it exists.
- Do NOT edit, crop, blur or AI-remove watermarks, logos or copyright marks from any image
- Where only a watermarked image is available, still capture it but mark it as watermarked in the sheet and list it in the exceptions report
- Add these columns per image: Image URL, Image position (1, 2, 3...), Watermark (Yes/No), Resolution (width x height)
- Exclude placeholder images ("image coming soon", generic logos) and flag those parts as having no image

DELIVERABLES
1. One master spreadsheet per marque (.xlsx or UTF-8 CSV), including all model/fitment and image columns
2. A Shopify import-ready CSV using Shopify's standard product template, with unique handles, car models added as tags (e.g. "Model: Continental GT") and only watermark-free images in the Image Src column
3. A downloaded image folder per marque, with files named by SKU ([login to view URL], [login to view URL]) and watermarked images kept in a separate subfolder
4. An exceptions report listing failed scrapes, parts with no model information, parts with no image or watermarked images only, missing prices and duplicates
5. Optional, quoted separately: the scraper script with run instructions so we can refresh prices later

HOW WE'LL WORK
- Milestone 1: paid pilot of 100 SKUs from one marque, across several models, to check accuracy and format
-Milestone 2: paid to fetch all / most skus from the suppliers across several models
- Then one milestone per marque, each reviewed before the next is released
- Capture supplier prices as shown. We apply our own pricing afterwards.
- Scraping must be rate-limited and respectful of supplier sites

REQUIREMENTS
- Proven experience scraping e-commerce/parts catalogues, including JavaScript-rendered sites (Playwright, Puppeteer, Selenium or similar)

- Experience with Shopify product CSV structure
- Experience with vehicle fitment data is a strong advantage
- High attention to data accuracy
