# Full-Stack Developer Needed – Take Over, Complete & Launch Custom Finance CRM

## Project Overview

I'm looking for an experienced, reliable full-stack developer to **take full ownership of completing and launching an existing custom CRM application** for an Australian financial services business.

The application is approximately **75% complete**, built using AI Studio within GoHighLevel, with Supabase as the database and Mailgun for email functionality.

I've developed the application to its current stage, but it's taking up too much of my time, and I'm now looking to hand over the remaining development entirely to a capable professional.

**I am not looking to continue developing the application myself.** I need someone who can independently manage the remaining work, resolve issues, finish the front end and backend, thoroughly test the system and deliver a secure, reliable, working Version 1 as soon as possible.

An independent technical audit has already been completed, identifying several backend and security improvements required. This report will be provided to shortlisted applicants.

The goal is to complete the existing application, not rebuild it from scratch.

## Current Technology

- **GoHighLevel AI Studio:** Application development and hosting, including the existing custom-built login and user management functionality
- **Supabase:** PostgreSQL database and file storage
- **Mailgun:** Transactional email integration

The current authentication system is implemented within the AI Studio application rather than using Supabase Auth. This existing implementation will need to be reviewed, secured and improved where necessary.

Experience with these technologies, particularly Supabase and AI-assisted development environments, would be highly beneficial.

Scope of Work

1. Complete Project Takeover

I need a developer who can take responsibility for managing the remaining development through to launch.

This includes:

- Reviewing the existing application and technical audit
- Assessing and prioritising outstanding development tasks
- Completing unfinished front-end and backend functionality
- Troubleshooting and resolving bugs
- Managing technical decisions and implementation
- Conducting full application testing
- Preparing and deploying the application for production
- Providing clear progress updates and a final handover

I will be available to answer questions and approve key decisions, but I do not want to be involved in day-to-day development or technical troubleshooting.

2. Security & Data Protection – Highest Priority

The application will handle sensitive financial and personal client information, so security is critical.

Key requirements include:

- Resolving the security vulnerabilities identified in the audit
- Securing the existing AI Studio application's authentication and session management
- Implementing two-factor authentication (2FA)
- Reviewing database permissions and access controls
- Ensuring users can only access authorised information
- Securing document uploads, storage and downloads
- Protecting sensitive credentials and API keys
- Implementing appropriate login protection
- Testing security before real client information is introduced

3. Database Backups & Disaster Recovery – Critical

Protecting client information from loss is one of my biggest priorities.

I require:

- Reliable automated database backups
- Secure backup procedures for uploaded client documents
- Protection against accidental deletion and data overwriting
- A disaster recovery plan
- Tested backup and restoration procedures
- Appropriate error logging and monitoring

I need to be confident that client information is properly protected and recoverable in the event of system failure or human error.

4. Front-End Completion & Testing

Although most of the front end has already been developed, it still requires testing, finishing touches and some minor improvements.

The developer will be responsible for:

- Completing unfinished front-end functionality required for Version 1
- Fixing layout, navigation and usability issues
- Making minor design and visual improvements
- Ensuring the application works on desktop and mobile
- Testing forms, buttons, tables, pipelines and other core features
- Ensuring the front end communicates correctly with the backend
- Resolving any bugs discovered during testing

The existing design and structure should be retained wherever practical.

5. Backend Completion & Integrations

- Fix outstanding issues identified in the technical audit
- Verify Supabase integration and database functionality
- Ensure records can be safely created, edited and retrieved
- Check user roles and permissions
- Test Mailgun integration and email functionality
- Complete the backend features necessary for Version 1
- Ensure the application is stable and reliable for daily business use

6. Version 1 Launch & Handover

The immediate objective is to launch a secure, functional Version 1 that the client can begin using.

Not every future feature needs to be included in the initial release. I want the essential functionality completed properly, with additional development handled in future stages.

The developer will be responsible for end-to-end testing, resolving launch issues, deploying the application and providing basic documentation.

Ideal Freelancer

I'm looking for someone who:

- Has strong full-stack development experience
- Is highly experienced with Supabase and PostgreSQL
- Understands application security, authentication and data protection
- Has experience with automated backups and disaster recovery
- Can independently complete and launch an existing application
- Has experience working with APIs and third-party integrations
- Can work efficiently with existing code and AI-assisted development platforms

**Previous experience developing financial services software, CRMs, mortgage broker systems or SaaS applications would be a major advantage.**
