職位描述
I have a series of cockpit-to-tower recordings that will be used in my pilot-training curriculum, and I need them turned into clear, accurate text files. Because these clips will teach students proper phraseology, every call sign, clearance, and read-back has to be captured just as controllers and crews said it—yet presented in a concise, easy-to-read narrative rather than a full verbatim log. No timestamps are required.
This is best suited to someone who has actually worn a headset: former or current controllers, flight instructors, or crew members who instinctively recognize the rhythm of “Cleared for the ILS two-seven” and won’t confuse it with chatter on another frequency. Native-level English fluency and deep familiarity with ICAO/FAA terminology are must-haves.
You’ll receive batches of MP3 files each week. For every file, simply deliver a summarized transcription in a plain text document (.txt or .docx) that preserves all operational content but drops filler words, ums, and dead air. I pay hourly and can keep you busy if your work is sharp and your schedule allows at least a few hours of focus each week.
When you reply, tell me a bit about your time on the radio—positions held, typical sectors or aircraft types you worked with—and how many hours you can commit weekly. Looking forward to collaborating with someone who shares my passion for precise, real-world aviation communication.
