Veterinary Site UX Redesign

I am looking for an experienced WordPress developer and web designer to completely redesign and improve my existing website: [login to view URL]

**Project Overview**

I am not satisfied with the current website's visual appearance, user experience, navigation, or functionality. I want to transform it into a premium, elegant, professional website that reflects the quality and credibility of a veterinary business.

You can use the existing website as a reference for its content, services, and current functionality. However, I expect a significant improvement in the overall design, usability, and performance, rather than simply making minor visual adjustments.

**Key Requirements**

1. **Premium Design:** Create a sophisticated, modern, and professional design suitable for a veterinary firm, with excellent attention to detail.
2. **Easy Navigation:** Make the website intuitive and user-friendly, allowing visitors to find information and access services effortlessly.
3. **Improved Functionality:** Review the existing features and improve them where necessary to ensure everything works smoothly and reliably.
4. **Responsive Design:** Ensure the website works perfectly across desktop computers, tablets, and mobile devices.
5. **Security — Top Priority:** The current website has been hacked multiple times. Identifying and addressing the underlying security weaknesses is essential. The project must include a thorough security review, malware inspection and removal if necessary, vulnerability remediation, and implementation of appropriate security measures to reduce the risk of future attacks.
6. **Performance and Reliability:** Optimize loading speed, remove unnecessary components where appropriate, and ensure the website remains stable and maintainable.

**Fixed Budget: $1,200**

My total budget for this project is strictly **$1,100**.

Please submit your genuine, realistic, and complete bid for the entire project. Do not submit an artificially low placeholder bid and then request a price increase after the project begins. Any attempt to increase the agreed price later due to requirements that were clearly stated in this description will be rejected.

I am looking for a serious, skilled professional who can deliver a premium-quality website, reliable functionality, and robust security within the agreed budget.

Please include relevant portfolio examples of websites you have designed or developed, explain briefly how you would approach this project, and confirm that you can complete the full scope of work for $1,100.
