Need an Audio Expert to Diagnose and Fix Livestream Audio

I've been streaming for a while, and the entire time I've been struggling to dial my audio in to where I want it. It's fine, I guess, but there are some noticeable issues I can't figure out how to fix. Primarily, my issue is a lack of overall clarity in the vocal mix. There's also a recurring issue where the audio gets noticeably crunchy or overly quiet if I get too loud.

Setup:

Shure MV7X with Shure RK345 windscreen to reduce plosives.
Roland Bridgecast mixer handles most filters and routing.
Mic routes from the mixer into Nvidia Broadcast for Noise Suppression, then is captured via OBS.
All other inputs and outputs are captured directly from the mixer into OBS.
The mixer handles the vast majority of filters, including EQ.
Broadcast strength is set to around 60%.
