ABOUT US
KTECH builds websites and web apps for small and medium businesses. We have a team of developers and our own portal that handles project tracking, developer assignment and payouts. We don't need more developers. We need sharp, honest people who can find the clients and look after them until their website is delivered.

THE ROLE
You will research local businesses that need a website, contact them professionally, understand what they want, agree a price, and lock the deal. After that, you stay on as the link between the client and our developer until the project is completed. You are the client's face and voice for the whole project.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
1. Research first. Use Google Maps, local directories, Instagram and Facebook business pages and LinkedIn to find businesses with no website, an outdated site, a broken mobile layout, or no online booking or ordering. Restaurants, clinics, gyms, schools, salons, real estate and local shops are all good targets. Build a shortlist and study each business before you contact it.

2. Reach out properly. Use calls, WhatsApp, email or DMs. Every message should be personal and mention something specific about their business and what they are missing. No copy-paste spam.

3. Understand the client. Ask questions and note their requirements, features, deadline and budget.

4. Lock the deal. Agree a realistic, honest price with the client.

5. Submit it on our portal. Fill one form with the client details, a detailed description, requirements, tech stack and the locked price.

6. Admin verification. Before any work starts, our admin contacts the client directly to confirm the price and requirements. This protects clients and honest team members.

7. Be the bridge. A developer is assigned automatically. Use the project chat in the portal to pass on client feedback, fixes and changes, and keep the client updated until the project is done.

8. Get paid. When the developer finishes and the admin approves, your commission is credited to your portal wallet.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Strong written and spoken communication in English and add the local languages you need
- A research mindset: curious, organised, and able to explain why a business is a good target
- Comfortable contacting business owners: polite, persistent, never pushy
- Basic understanding of websites . No coding needed
- Quick and reliable in chat. You reply to the developer and the client the same day
- Honest. This is a must
- Experience in sales, telecalling or cold outreach is a plus
- Your own laptop and internet

EARNINGS
You earn 45% of the locked deal price on every completed project, with no cap. Example: you close a Rs 10,000 website and earn Rs 4,500 once the project is completed and approved. Paid into your portal wallet right after admin approval.

GROUND RULES
- Every deal is verified by our admin with the client. Fake or inflated deals mean immediate removal.
- Never promise a feature or deadline the developer hasn't confirmed in the project chat.
- Remote and flexible hours. Part-time or full-time. Top performers get more responsibility and a long-term place in the team.
