I have a collection of text-only documents that were scanned to PDF. I need every word transferred faithfully into an editable format and checked for slips that can creep in when OCR is imperfect. Your job is straightforward but demands focus: read each scanned page, key the content by hand (or with your own OCR tools if you prefer), compare it back to the original image, and correct any mismatch you spot before handing the file over.

Here’s what the finished work should include:
• A clean, fully editable text file (Word or Google Doc is fine) containing the exact wording from every scanned page.
• A brief log that notes any portions that were unreadable or ambiguous in the source so I can review them quickly.
