Core Values Posters & Card Design

Our manufacturing sites need visually striking reminders of the four principles that guide everything we do. Because we produce expanded metal, I want that rugged, latticed aesthetic woven into each piece so the message feels at home on the shop floor as well as in the office corridors.

Our Core Values Are
1. Own it- Quality and High Standards
2. Trustworthy- Do what you say, Honestly and with Integrity
3. Learner/Improver
4. Team Player- Be Helpful

What I need from you
• Twelve posters in total – three creative variations for each of the four core values. All should share an industrial mood and subtly echo our product’s expanded-metal pattern while staying true to the brand colors I’ll supply.
• A polished, pocket-sized business-card reference that distills those same values for new hires and long-time employees. I have a rough mock-up for layout guidance; your job is to elevate it.

Design guidance
• Overall vibe: Industrial and contemporary, nothing overly corporate or glossy.
• Color palette: Use our exact brand colors (files and HEX codes provided after project start).
• Format: Print-ready PDFs (CMYK, 300 dpi) plus the editable source files (Illustrator, InDesign, or layered PSD—whatever you build in).

Acceptance criteria
1. All posters and the card align with the expanded-metal concept and brand colors.
2. Text, spacing and hierarchy are clear from a distance of at least three meters (posters) and at arm’s length (card).
3. Final files pass a quick pre-press check: correct bleed, margins, font packaging, and linked graphics.

I’ll supply the core-value copy, logo assets, brand guidelines and my existing business-card draft as soon as we kick off. Looking forward to seeing how you translate our values into bold, industrial-inspired visuals we can be proud to display.
