Senior Social Media Marketing Consultant - Strategy, Bidding & Team Mentoring

About the Project:

We're looking for an experienced Social Media Marketing Consultant with 5+ years of experience preferred, ideally with a digital marketing agency background, to strengthen our marketing services and guide our existing team.

We are looking for someone who can help us improve not only campaign execution but also our ability to acquire new marketing projects, prepare competitive proposals and establish reliable delivery processes.

Key Responsibilities

- Review client requirements and identify suitable social media marketing opportunities.
- Guide project bidding, proposal preparation, scope definition and pricing.
- Develop and review organic and paid marketing strategies across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook and other relevant platforms.
- Provide practical expertise in Meta Ads, LinkedIn marketing and B2B lead generation.
- Train and mentor our existing team on strategy, campaign execution and optimization.
- Review campaign setups, performance reports and deliverables to ensure quality.
- Establish reusable workflows, proposal templates, campaign checklists and reporting processes.
- Recommend data-driven improvements and AI-assisted workflows where beneficial.

Required Experience:

- 5+ years of social media marketing experience preferred.
- Experience working with digital marketing agencies or multiple client accounts.
- Strong understanding of Meta Ads, organic social media marketing and LinkedIn marketing.
- Experience with client proposals, project estimation and campaign planning.
- Previous experience mentoring or supervising a marketing team.
- Familiarity with analytics, conversion tracking and performance reporting.
- Strong communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.

Engagement Structure:

This is a remote freelance consultancy engagement, not a full-time position or routine social media management role. We already have an internal team and need an experienced professional to strengthen its capabilities.

- Phase 1: Paid consultancy to assess existing processes, identify gaps, train the team and establish practical workflows.
- Phase 2: Flexible, project-based or ongoing consultancy for proposal reviews, campaign strategy, team supervision and quality assurance as new client projects arise.

The initial scope, duration and fees will be mutually agreed upon before work begins.
