Apartment VR Tour Creation

I already have high-quality 3D renders of an apartment and I need them stitched into a smooth, standalone VR tour that runs natively on Oculus Quest headsets. The experience is meant for basic viewing only—no interactive buttons, pop-ups, or narration—just clean scene-to-scene exploration.

Scope
• Convert my existing renders into a Quest-ready build with 6–8 fixed viewpoints (simple gaze-activated teleport between nodes is fine).
• Be sure the Living Room, Kitchen, and Bedroom are each featured prominently with at least one dedicated viewpoint apiece.
• Lighting and textures should feel as true to the original renders as possible while remaining performant on Quest hardware.

Deliverables
1. Oculus Quest .apk file for immediate installation and testing.
2. Project source files (Unity, Unreal, or equivalent) so I can make future tweaks if needed.
3. Simple one-page setup/use guide.

Acceptance Criteria
• Tour installs and launches on Quest without sideloading complications.
• All 6–8 nodes load in under three seconds when selected.
• Visible geometry, materials, and lightmaps match the supplied renders within reasonable mobile limits.
