Town Planning Sketch Plan Needed – Water, Stormwater & Servicing Layout (RAL26/0085)

Description:
I am seeking an experienced draftsperson, town planning technician, or civil designer to produce a professional sketch plan for a small residential subdivision (1 → 2 lots) in Fraser Coast, Queensland.

I require a sketch for DA for application showing:

Required Inclusions:
Lot 1 and Lot 2 boundaries- setbacks,building envelopes

Existing water meter location -lot 1 and lot 2

Proposed new water meter location- Lot1 and Lot 2

Water service alignments and disconnection point

Stormwater flow directions and lawful point of discharge

Lot 2 access arrangement new Driveway location and fall direction

Existing sewer easement - new sewer connection point for Lot 2

Any relevant site features needed for council assessment - include the positions of the telecom green box ,lamp post

What I will provide:
Survey plan (PDF or image)
DBYD plan

Existing servicing information -

Water and stormwater compliance notes

Any additional measurements or details required

Deliverables:
One clear, combined council‑ready sketch plan for each lot - and separate sketch plan for each , water service, sewer connection ,stormwater

Format: PDF (preferred) + image file

Clean, simple layout suitable for DA submission

Quick turnaround appreciated (within 5–8 days)

Ideal Freelancer:
Experience with town planning, civil drafting, or development applications

Familiar with Queensland council requirements (Fraser Coast preferred but not essential)

Able to interpret survey plans and produce clear servicing diagrams
I will supply survey information to the successful freelancer .
