Retrieve Security And Bodycam Footage

I need complete copies of two separate video sources—the external security recordings from a specific gas station and the corresponding police body-worn camera footage from the incident that took place there. I currently hold no direct login credentials or physical access to either system, so the work will involve formally requesting or subpoenaing the material, coordinating with the station owner or corporate security team, and submitting the proper public-records or evidence request to the police department.

Because admissibility matters, I expect the files to arrive in their native formats with full metadata and an unbroken chain-of-custody log. Please outline, in detail, how you will identify the correct timeframes, make the legal or administrative approach, and securely transfer the data to me.

When you respond, send a brief timeline, any anticipated third-party fees, and the exact steps you would take to safeguard the integrity of the footage from request through delivery.
