Remove Coordinated Review Attacks

I manage a Google Business Profile that is being hit by what looks like a coordinated wave of fake, damaging reviews. I need an expert who truly understands Google’s policies and escalation channels to help me:

• Identify and document the illegitimate reviews
• File well-structured appeals so Google takes them down
• Put monitoring or alert systems in place to catch future attacks quickly
• Advise on reputation-repair tactics once the false ratings are removed
Must be able to connect to one of the Google product experts to escalate this for a Manual escalation.
