MERN Lead Generation Listing Platform

I need a full-featured, subscription-based lead generation platform built on the MERN stack. The application must allow companies to publish rich business listings as well as dedicated franchise or distributorship opportunities. Core modules • Listings – Businesses create and manage detailed pages with company profile, contact information, product or service catalogs, plus a separate section flagging distributorship or franchise requirements. • Subscription management – Stripe (or comparable) recurring billing so owners can choose a plan, upgrade, downgrade and track invoices from inside the dashboard. • Role-based access – Admin can approve, edit, suspend or delete any listing, view payment analytics and manage plans. Business Owners manage only their own pages and incoming leads. • Lead capture – Every listing must surface a quick enquiry form that stores submissions in MongoDB and notifies the owner via email. & via a notification on their mobile also and in the portal also. Technology expectations React with functional components and Redux/Context for state, Node + Express API, MongoDB with Mongoose, JWT authentication, responsive UI (Material-UI or Tailwind). Clean code, RESTful (GraphQL is a plus) and containerised via Docker for easy deployment. Acceptance criteria 1. User can register, pick a subscription and publish a listing in under five minutes. 2. Admin dashboard displays real-time metrics for active listings, new leads and revenue. 3. Search and category filters return results in <300 ms on a dataset of 10 k records. 4.
