I need a qualified accountant who can take full charge of our monthly compliance and reporting. The workload is steady—well over 200 transactions every month—and everything is already captured in Tally, so you should be fully comfortable navigating that environment for reconciliations, voucher checks, and ledger maintenance.

Here is what I expect each month:

• Timely GST filing with all supporting workings and reconciliations
• Preparation of figures and documentation needed for the annual ITR, with any advance-tax advice flagged along the way
• A concise financial report that highlights cash flow, key expense heads, and variances so I can make quick decisions
