Shopify–Amazon Product Integration

I need a reliable way to sync my entire Shopify catalog with my Amazon Seller Central account so that listings, stock levels, prices and orders stay perfectly aligned on both platforms without manual work from my side.

Here’s how I picture the project:

• You connect my existing Shopify store to Amazon using whichever combination of API work, approved apps, or custom scripting you feel is most efficient and sustainable.
• All active Shopify products must appear on Amazon with the correct titles, images, variants, descriptions, and compliance details. Where ASINs already exist, they should be matched rather than duplicated.
• Inventory and price changes made in Shopify should reflect on Amazon in near-real-time, and vice-versa if possible.
• When an order comes in on Amazon it needs to flow back to Shopify so my current fulfillment processes, notifications, and analytics continue to work as they do now.
• Clear, step-by-step documentation is required so I can understand the integration, troubleshoot minor issues, and onboard future products.

Acceptance criteria
1. All listed products display correctly on Amazon with no listing errors.
2. A stock change made in Shopify is visible on Amazon within a testing window we agree on.
3. An Amazon test order lands in Shopify automatically with correct SKU, quantity, customer and shipping details.
4. No duplicate listings or pricing discrepancies remain after migration.
