Responsibilities
協助規劃推廣活動；安排會議及撰寫活動報告；協助處理文書及撰寫信函；製作通訊錄、紀念品、宣傳材料及特刊等；跟進媒體及公共關係工作，更新網頁及社交媒體，編製年報；協助構思宣傳刊物，編輯並配合排版工作；協助發展和回覆社交媒體訊息；執行上司指派的工作
Requirements
Post-secondary (Diploma/Certificate); 1 year and 3 months of experience required; Fluent Cantonese ; Fair Putonghua ; Fluent English ; Able to read & write Chinese ; Able to read & write English
Employment Terms
$16,135 - $29,995 per month(depends on experience), with Annual Leave 14 days and Bank Holiday, Mon to Sat: 9:00AM-5:25PM, 5 - 6 working days per week, 8.5 working hours per day
