Responsible for training the team about Japanese customer service standard in order to deliver high-quality Japanese customer service; Responsible for providing high-standard Japanese service to ensure smooth operation
Requirements
Secondary 6; 3 years of experience required; Fair Cantonese ; Fair Putonghua ; Fair English ; Fluent Japanese; Able to read & write Chinese ; Able to read & write English
Employment Terms
$20,000 per month or above(Depends on exp. and skills), with Annual Leave 10 days, Purchase Discount, Medical Benefits, Sales Award, Tips and Year-end Bonus, 10:00AM-11:30PM, 5 - 6 working days per week, on shift, shift holiday, 9 working hours per day, 6 rest days per month
