Responsibilities
Responsible for building repair and maintenance across hotel premises, including new additions/extensions and other hotel-managed properties;Repair and paint all indoor and outdoor surfaces (walls, floors, facades, ceilings, equipment) by using enamel or emulsion paint to match existing finishes;Perform ad hoc duties assigned by the hotel
Requirements
Secondary 5; 1 year of experience required; Fluent Cantonese ; Fair Putonghua ; Fair English ; Able to read & write Chinese ; Able to read & write simple English ; Green Card; Electricity Licence A
Employment Terms
$22,000 per month, with Annual Leave 12 days, Discretionary Bonus, Dental Scheme, Medical Benefits and Meal provided, 8:30AM-4:30PM, 9:00AM-5:00PM or 2:00PM-11:00PM, 5 working days per week, shift holiday, 8-9 working hours per day
