Responsibilities
Assisting the Senior Cook in preparing dishes involving steaming, stewing, braising, and simmering stock, such as soups and steaming seafood, etc.; Prepare ingredients and dried food; Prepare sauces and seasonings; Miscellaneous kitchen duties and cleaning in Chinese Restaurant.
Requirements
Primary 6, 1 Year(s) Experience Required, Fair Cantonese, Fair Reading and Written Chinese
Employment Terms
$ 17,340 per month, 12 NN - 10 PM (1 hour(s) meal/rest break), 9 hours working hour(s) per day (no shift work required) (No. of working days per week : 6)
