Job Description
Responsibilities
負責客戶帳單管理、核對與異常處理。負責客戶發票正逆向處理。監控付款，建立風險預警，控制應收風險。跟進財稅政策，幫助客戶理解京東財務規則。執行中發現問題反饋運營，輸出標準流程，優化體驗。
Requirements
Post-secondary (Bachelor Degree); 3 years of experience required; Fluent Cantonese ; Fluent Putonghua ; Fluent English ; Able to read & write Chinese ; Able to read & write simple English ; 良好團隊合作精神與應變能力，優秀的口頭表達能力
Employment Terms
$34,700 - $40,000 per month, with Overtime Time-off in lieu, Annual Leave 15 days, Year-end Bonus (目標年終獎為1個月月薪) and Medical Insurance, Mon to Fri: 9:00AM-6:00PM, 5 working days per week, 業務忙碌時有加班
