Responsibilities
項目運營：政企項目全週期管理。商品管理：上架維護、結構優化、選品定價。經營管控：監控毛利回款率，鎖定問題並改善。客戶經營：分層運營、挖掘需求、提升滿意度複購。風險管控：識別風險、預警、處理客訴。數據分析：發現問題、推動流程優化。
Requirements
Post-secondary (Bachelor Degree); Fluent Cantonese ; Fluent Putonghua ; Fluent English ; Able to read & write Chinese ; Able to read & write simple English
Employment Terms
$18,000 - $20,000 per month, with Overtime Time-off in lieu, Year-end Bonus (目標年終獎為8個月月薪), Annual Leave 15 days and Medical Insurance, Mon to Fri: 9:00AM-6:00PM, 5 working days per week, 8 working hours per day, 業務忙碌時有加班
