Responsibilities
General duties of Western Cook, Purchasing ingredients, monitoring ingredient inventory, Preparing ingredients and dishes, Planning menus and designing dishes/ recipes, Monitoring food quality and hygiene, Allocating manpower and training staff, Managing the daily operation and workflow of kitchen
Requirements
Post-secondary (Sub-degree); 8 years of experience required; Fluent Cantonese preferred; Fair Putonghua ; Fluent English ; Able to read & write Chinese ; Able to read & write simple English ; Hygiene Supervisor Training Courses; 具8年或以上於酒店業之工作經驗優先
Employment Terms
$28,000 - $30,000 per month, with Annual Leave 12 days, Medical Benefits, Medical Insurance and Promotion Opportunity, 8:45AM-6:45PM/1:15PM-11:15PM/11:00PM-9:00AM, 5 - 6 working days per week, on shift, shift holiday, 兩段用膳時間, 每段30分鐘
