Leasing Assistant (Office)

Conduct research on Grade A office markets, including supply/demand, rental trends, tenant mix, and vacancy rates. Monitor and analyze competing Grade A properties and positioning. Prepare market intelligence reports and summaries to support leasing strategies. Streamline and automate leasing workflows, including documentation and tenancy administration. Assist in exploring data analytics and AI tools for leasing operations.

Post-secondary (Bachelor Degree); Fluent Cantonese preferred; Fluent Putonghua preferred; Fluent English preferred; Able to read & write Chinese ; Able to read & write English ; Bachelor’s degree or above in Real Estate, Business Administration, Marketing, Data Analytics, or related disciplines

$18,000 - $20,000 per month, Mon to Fri: 9:00AM-6:00PM, 5 working days per week, 9 working hours per day, Employment period: 18 months
