Responsibilities
負責處理賬戶整合，協助僱主處理僱員的強積金供款，完成相關網上登記；管理營運流程，處理成員開戶的審核，處理強積金供款、轉移、提取審批等事宜；提供客戶服務，處理客戶關於強積金整合的查詢與支援工作，持續提供高質量的強積金服務；與客戶保持溝通，定期更新基金表現報告
Requirements
Secondary 5; Fair Cantonese ; Fair Putonghua ; Fair English ; Able to read & write Chinese ; Able to read & write English ; (公司全額資助僱員考取相關牌照)(職位涉及銷售金融產品)
Employment Terms
$40,000 per month, with On-the-job Training and Shuttle Bus Service, Mon to Fri: 9:00AM-5:00PM, 5 working days per week, 8 working hours per day
