Responsibilities
對接能源/地產/物業客戶，理解需求，建立長期溝通機制。協調技術、運營團隊，推動定制化方案設計落地。跟蹤使用情況，收集反饋，優化服務內容，提升體驗。研究客戶體驗優化方法，應用於服務迭代。
Requirements
Post-secondary (Bachelor Degree); 6 years of experience required; Fluent Cantonese ; Fluent Putonghua ; Fluent English ; Able to read & write Chinese ; Able to read & write simple English ; 大客戶直銷經驗；能源/工建/物業等行業經驗, Young people holding bachelor’s degrees or above are welcome to apply
Employment Terms
$31,300 - $40,000 per month, with Overtime Time-off in lieu, Annual Leave 15 days, Medical Insurance and 目標年終獎為4個月月薪, Mon to Fri: 9:00AM-6:00PM, 5 working days per week, 業務忙碌時有加班
