Responsibilities
標準制定：在運營管理過程中發現標準的不足，提出迭代建議。能力建設：跟進單個類別能力建設或部分中心能力建設。工具開發：負責單一模塊系統工具開發，對現有工具提出迭代建議。問題解決：能獨立完成時效、服務問題改善。
Requirements
Post-secondary (Bachelor Degree); Fluent Cantonese ; Fluent Putonghua ; Fluent English ; Able to read & write Chinese ; Able to read & write simple English ; Young people holding bachelor’s degrees or above are welcome to apply
Employment Terms
$27,000 - $31,000 per month, with Overtime Time-off in lieu, Annual Leave 15 days, Medical Insurance and 目標年終獎為2個月月薪, Mon to Fri: 9:00AM-6:00PM, 5 working days per week, 業務忙碌時有加班
