Responsibilities
負責私人屋苑的日常維修及保養工作，包括維持供電及供水系統正常運作; 更換火牛、電燈和緊急照明氣燈(E氣燈); 進行緊急維修等; 處理屋苑日常三行維修
Requirements
No requirement on academic qualification; 5 years of experience required; Fluent Cantonese ; Able to read & write simple Chinese ; Green Card; Electricity Licence A; Construction Workers Registration Card; 具5年或以上維修工作經驗; 熟悉及了解供水和供電系統
Employment Terms
$26,000 per month, with Annual Leave 12 days, Medical Benefits and Performance Award, 8:30AM-5:30PM or 2:00PM-11:00PM, 6 working days per week, on shift, shift holiday, 9 working hours per day
