Responsibilities
負責物業的日常維修和保養工作, 包括天花牆身批灰、牆紙和室內家具油漆修補、防漏/打針、鋪設磁磚、瓦仔、泳池紙皮石、柱躉、防水、換水喉、清洗濾水格、更換閘掣、檢查水泵和更換其零件, 確保屋苑日常供水系統運作正常
Requirements
No requirement on academic qualification; 1 year of experience required; Fluent Cantonese ; Able to read & write simple Chinese ; Green Card; Construction Workers Registration Card
Employment Terms
$17,500 per month, with Annual Leave 12 days, Medical Benefits and Performance Award, 8:30AM-5:30PM or 2:30PM-11:30PM, 6 working days per week, on shift, shift holiday, 9 working hours per day
