Responsibilities
負責物業之日常維修及保養工作, 包括天花及牆身批灰、牆紙及室內油漆修補、防漏、打防水針、鋪設瓷磚、瓦仔、泳池紙皮石、柱躉、處理防水工作、換水喉、清洗濾水格、更換閘掣、檢查水泵及更換其零件、確保屋苑日常供水系統正常運作
Requirements
No requirement on academic qualification; 2 years of experience required; Fluent Cantonese ; Able to read & write simple Chinese ; Green Card; Construction Workers Registration Card
Employment Terms
$20,000 - $21,000 per month, with Annual Leave 12 days, Medical Benefits and Performance Award, 8:30AM-5:30PM or 2:00PM-11:00PM, 6 working days per week, on shift, shift holiday, 9 working hours per day
