PE Fund Manager/ess

Responsible for sourcing,screening & executing projects in China's tech industry chain(TMT,AI,semiconductors,consumer tech,new economy,new materials,low-altitude economy,etc.);Conducting due diligence,financial modeling,valuation analysis & deal structuring;Managing the entire process from project sourcing to deal closing,aiming to complete high-quality investment projects each year;投後管理，推動被投企業價值提升及退出準備

Post-secondary (Bachelor Degree); 5 years of experience required; Fluent Cantonese preferred; Fluent Putonghua ; Fluent English ; Able to read & write Chinese ; Able to read & write English ; 持CFA/MBA（頂尖商學院）或相關專業背景優先

$20,000 - $30,000 per month(depends on exp.), with Annual Leave 12 days, Bank Holiday and Medical Insurance, Mon to Sat: 9:00AM-6:00PM, 5 - 6 working days per week, 1小時午膳時間
