(Asst.) Theatre Manager(ess) / Theatre Supervisor

Manage and participate in daily theater operations; Formulate, implement and review operating procedures and service standards; Handle manpower planning, recruitment, staff training and performance management; Handle customer enquiries and complaints professionally and provide effective solutions; Monitor stock levels, cost control and overall operational efficiency (with one-off New Comer Award $5000 and Promotion Opportunity)

Secondary 6; 3 years of experience required; Fluent Cantonese ; Fair Putonghua ; Fair English ; Able to read & write Chinese ; Able to read & write English ; 有團隊合作精神及對客戶服務工作有熱誠 (Follow up on repair and maintenance to ensure facilities and equipment remain in good condition)

$17,000 - $21,000 per month, with Overtime Allowance, Good Attendance Bonus $500 per month, Annual Leave 12 days, Discretionary Bonus, On-the-job Training, Medical Benefits, 8:00AM-11:00PM, 6 working days per week, on shift, shift holiday, 9 working hours per day
