Responsibilities
統籌全廠的來料、製程、成品品質管控, 完善品質制度與檢驗標準; 處理生產品質異常、批量不良、客戶投訴, 主導整改與持續改善; 管理質檢團隊日常工作、排班、培訓、績效考核; 統計品質數據, 準備日報、週報、月報, 降低不良率; 管控供應商來料品質, 對接生產、倉庫跨部門協同工作
Requirements
Post-secondary (Sub-degree); 3 years of experience required; Fluent Cantonese ; Fluent Putonghua ; Fluent English ; Able to read & write Chinese ; Able to read & write English ; Basic Computer Operation Knowledge; 懂品質異常分析、8D整改、數據統計報表；具良好執行技巧, 工作有原則, 能帶領團隊, 願意配合管理, 有責任心
Employment Terms
$16,000 - $18,000 per month (有製造業質檢主管經驗優先；熟悉 ISO9001體系及各環節檢驗流程, 具良好溝通協調技巧), Mon to Sat: 9:00AM-5:30PM, 6 working days per week
