Responsibilities
General duties of Restaurant Supervisor (Coffee Shop), Oversee the F&B operations (With knowledge of market intelligence, developing business and food and beverage industry; Able to work independently, with good leadership skills and interpersonal skills)
Requirements
Secondary 5; 5 years of experience required; Fluent Cantonese ; Fluent Putonghua ; Fluent English ; Able to read & write Chinese ; Able to read & write English ; With 5 years or above working experience, preferably in hotel F&B operation; 持衞生督導/衞生經理證書優先
Employment Terms
$21,000 - $23,000 per month, with Annual Leave 12 days, Discretionary Bonus, Medical Benefits and Meal provided, 7:00AM-10:30PM, 5 working days per week, on shift, shift holiday, 9.6 working hours per day
