Responsibilities
處理廠房內部建築身牆身、天花及地台的石屎剝落、空鼓、開裂或破損維修；修復廠房用房及天台滲水問題，進行批盪及防水層鋪設維修；定期巡檢廠房設施，完成其他綜合維修（如輕微油漆或雜工工作）；迅速處理廠區內突發的泥水損壞，減少對生產的影響；於惡劣天氣發出或取消警告後(安全情況下)，提供緊急支援服務
Requirements
No requirement on academic qualification; 3 years of experience required; Fair Cantonese ; Able to read & write simple Chinese ; Plumber (TT); Plasterer (TT); Painter (TT)
Employment Terms
$15,200 - $20,700 per month, with Overtime Allowance, Good Attendance Bonus, Birthday Leave , Purchase Discount, Medical Benefits, Other Allowances/Benefits, Shuttle Bus Service and Year-end Bonus, 8:30AM-5:30PM or 7:30AM-4:30PM, 6 working days per week, shift holiday, 8 working hours per day
